PRICING, DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
Every effort is made to maintain prices; however, we reserve the right to alter these at any time without notice. Prices given are per piece and include VAT at the current rate set. Prices shown on the website are charged in UK sterling.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If you have already received the goods, we ask that you send them back to us, upon receipt we will issue a refund.
All item prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are found in our "Delivery" section. Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on our website www.lovesensory.co.uk. If the value of your order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher the balance can be paid by credit or debit card. You can combine one or more gift vouchers to redeem against an order.
Gift Vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers expire 6 months from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
Any unused balance will be held against the gift voucher and can be redeemed up to 6 months after issue.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed with Love Sensory.
Gift Vouchers have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.

DELIVERY INFORMATION AND RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY
Where possible, Love Sensory despatch orders on the same day they are placed. We aim to deliver within two working days. At busy periods, such as Christmas, this may be 3-4 working days. Some products have a longer lead time, where this is the case we will contact you to confirm the expected delivery date.
We will endeavour to meet the delivery date given at the time of order and where this changes we will try and let you know at the earliest opportunity. We will always try to send out complete orders, where this is not possible you will receive an email or telephone call to confirm your wishes. We will hold part orders for you if you prefer to wait until the order is complete or you can request to receive your order over a number of deliveries.
Orders placed after 11.30am may not be despatched until the following working day.
Please note, we are closed bank holidays.
PLANNED WAREHOUSE CLOSURES
We conduct regular stock takes throughout the year. At these times, orders can be placed, and you will still be able to contact us, but orders will not be despatched until after the stock take has been completed.
Planned warehouse closures:
Our offices and warehouse are closed 14th-23rd October. Enquiries will be responded to, and orders will start to be sent out from 24th October.
Christmas closing - from 23rd December to Monday 11th January 2027.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
The last day to place an order for UK delivery (for stock items) to guarantee delivery before Christmas is Friday 18th December 2026.
Our office and warehouse will close for the Christmas holidays from Monday 21st December and we will reopen Tuesday 12th January 2027.

We deliver to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands.

POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS
Postage and packing costs are estimated by the packed size and weight of your order.
All orders are sent with FedEx. Delivery pricing is as follows:
- Small parcels under 0.7kg from £6.95
- Parcels over 0.7kg from £9.99
- Parcels over 8kg from £14.75
Customers located in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Shropshire benefit from an extra option at the checkout to arrange collection in person from DY3. We will contact you after your order has been received to arrange this with you.
You can find out how much the shipping will cost for your order by adding your items to your basket and proceeding to checkout, where shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery destination.
RETURNS POLICY
PRODUCT RETURNS
Every effort is made to ensure your products are inspected and tested before they leave us. At Love Sensory we want you to feel confident in your purchase, this is why we give you 14 days after you have received your order to return the products to us. This gives you the opportunity to inspect the products, a bit like a cooling off period. You can have peace of mind and confidence when shopping with Love Sensory.
Products returned must be in the same condition and quantities you received them in, within 14 days, for a full refund. Returns costs, unless resulting from defective products, will be made at your own expense and in all cases it is your responsibility to ensure suitable packaging is used.
All refunds are made within 14 days of Love Sensory receiving the goods back and after satisfactory inspection.

The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
EXPORT ORDER TERMS
It is your responsibility as an export customer to make sure that our items comply with the intended country of export importation requirements and laws relating to sale and supply of goods. We do not accept any liability including costs for any goods that are held at port of entry or that fail to meet the sale and supply obligations of the country of destination.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported to us by email or in writing within seven working days of receipt of the goods, otherwise it may not be possible for us to put this right. You can choose to either receive a refund or credit to roll forward to your next order.

RISK AND TITLE
You will be responsible for the goods once they are delivered to you. The risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. From the time of delivery of the Goods any loss or damage to the Goods shall be at Your own risk. Ownership of the goods passes to you once all sums owed to us have been paid in full, including any sums owed and outstanding from previous orders.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The product is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase by original user for any manufacturing faults as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note non-commercial grade items used in a commercial environment may invalidate the warranty.
Commercial grade products, the warranty is ninety (90) days from date of purchase by the original purchaser. Repair parts are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Replacement parts used in warranty repairs are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days or the balance of the warranty period, whichever is longer.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
- Plastic housings
- Bulb lifetime and general bulb maintenance
- Self-repair or replacement parts used without permission by the manufacturer or Sensorywise Ltd.
- Damaged parts resulting from an accident
- Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance or storage
- Damage caused by commercial use or use other than normal
- Removable batteries and damage caused by leakage of batteries are not covered by this Warranty.
Items covered by warranty are only covered within the Country in which they are sold. If the product is later sent to another country by the customer directly and develops a fault, this is outside of the warranty policy as we cannot provide warranty for damage or fault once passed through the shipping process which has not been arranged by us.
CONDITIONS WHICH WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
This warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to negligence, abuse, misuse, accidental damage, improper operation, improper maintenance, removing casings or parts or improper storage or attempted repair without authorization from Sensorywise Ltd. The warranty is also void if damage is due to unauthorised modifications or alterations.
