Agility Speed Ladder Flat Rungs 2m

A 2m agility ladder that lies flat on the ground for footwork drills — in, out, side to side, as fast as feet will go.

Ladder work is rhythm and sequencing as much as speed: the feet have to follow a pattern, which is real motor planning practice disguised as a game. The rungs move, so the spacing changes as a child improves.
